What is the Difference Between a Quick Sale and an Order?
Jarbas provides two
distinct methods for logging a transaction: Quick Sale and New Order. Here’s a
breakdown of their differences:
- Quick Sale (or Point of Sale): Ideal for on-the-spot
transactions. In this mode, you input the products, the customer, and the
payment all at once. Upon completion, the order is marked as Finished
and cannot be edited, only canceled.
- Standard Order: Offers more flexibility for order processing,
allowing you to customize order statuses, and set delivery and payment
dates. Once the order is saved, you may edit or cancel it as needed.
