How to remove an item from an order
If you need
to remove an item from an order, you can do this by editing the order
directly in Jarbas. The process is simple and only takes a few steps.
Step-by-step:

From the home screen, tap Orders.

Open the order from which you
want to remove an item.

Tap the three dots next
to the Finish Order button.

Select
Edit Order.

Tap the item you want to
remove.
Tap Remove.

Enter the quantity you
want to remove.

Tap Remove Product, then
tap Confirm to save the changes.
What happens to the inventory
-
If the order has not been
confirmed yet, the item is simply removed from the order.

If the order has already
been confirmed and the item was deducted from inventory, the removed
quantity is automatically added back to inventory.
Important: payments
If the
order has already been paid, removing the item does not automatically
adjust the financial records.
In this
case, you will need to:
Cancel the payment manually in the Details tab of
the order; or
Add the amount as credit to the
Customer Account,
to be refunded or used in future purchases.
