How to merge multiple orders into one?

If you’ve created multiple orders for the same customer and want to organize everything into a single order — whether to simplify payment, tracking, or credit sales — Jarbas allows you to merge orders quickly and easily.

Follow the steps below:

Step by step: how to merge orders

1. Go to Installments Plan
   On the home screen, tap Installments Plan and select the desired customer.
   
   

2. Open the customer options
   Inside the customer profile, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the screen.
   
   

3. Select “Merge Orders”
   From the menu, tap Merge Orders.
   
   

4. Choose the orders you want to merge
   Select all the orders you want to combine, then tap Merge Orders.
   
   

5. Confirm the merge
   A message will appear explaining that:
• The selected orders will be combined;
• A new order will be created with all items merged together.

Confirm the message to continue.

6. Confirm the newly created order
   After the merge, Jarbas will automatically open a new order containing all merged items. Review the details and confirm the order.
   
   

Done! What happens next?

• The original orders are merged;
• A new order is created with all items together;
• The next step is to process the payment for this new order as usual.
