Accessing the Quick Sale Function
The first step is simple. Upon opening the Jarbas App, find the Quick Sale button on the Home Screen.
Adding the Customer
In the top right corner of the Quick Sale screen, you'll find a button for adding the customer who is making the purchase. Tap this button to add the customer to the sale.
Selecting the Products
With the customer added, the next step is to include the products they wish to purchase. Browse through the available product list and select the ones the customer is buying. Each selected item will be automatically added to the Shopping Cart.
Managing the Shopping Cart
Inside the Shopping Cart, you have various options at your disposal to customize the sale. You can:
Add sales taxes:If applicable, include additional taxes to the sale.
Apply discounts: Offer discounts to promote sales or foster customer loyalty.
Add comments: Use the three dots in the lower left corner to insert specific notes about the sale.
Empty the cart: If necessary, you can clear the shopping cart and start over.
Finalizing the Sale
After reviewing the cart and ensuring everything is as desired, the next step is to finalize the sale. If the customer opts to pay with a credit card, select this option. If the paid amount does not match the total purchase amount, you have the flexibility to edit the paid amount before finalizing the sale, marking it as pending if necessary. After payment, finalize the order.
Checking the Order and Receipts
After completing the sale, you can check the order to confirm all details. Furthermore, you can access both the order receipt and the payment receipt, ensuring all information is correct and available for both you and the customer.
Accessing Completed Orders
To view all completed orders, return to the home screen, tap on Orders, and apply the Completed filter. This will display all completed orders, allowing for efficient management and a quick review of your sales.
