Is it possible to place an order without products? (Direct Sale)
Yes, it is
possible. Jarbas offers a feature called Direct Sale, which allows you to place
orders without the need to add products. Here's how to proceed:
- Tap the "+" icon in
the lower corner of the main screen and choose either "New
Order" or "Quick Sale." For this example, we will
select "Quick Sale."
- Add the customer and then tap
on the "Direct Sale" option, as shown in the image below.
- Enter the sale amount and, if
desired, add a description (this step is optional).
- Continue with the order as
usual, proceeding to the Payment step.
This function is particularly useful for transactions that do not involve physical or specific items, making it easier to record various sales directly in the app.
