Jarbas Support is available to help you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Brasília Time). We do not provide support on weekends or public holidays.

How Support Works

  • Support requests are handled in the order they are received.
  • This means that, at certain times, there may be a short wait.
  • Still, every message is answered — no one is left without a response.
