Does Jarbas send messages, notifications, or reminders to customers?

No. Jarbas doesn’t send automatic notifications or messages to customers.

Pre-Saved Messages

Jarbas offers a Pre-Saved Message feature that helps you stay in touch with your customers quickly and efficiently.

With this feature, you can create message templates and send them manually via WhatsApp, so you don’t have to type the same information every time. It’s a simple way to keep your communication consistent, organized, and personal.

How to set up a pre-saved message

To create or edit a pre-saved message:

  1. Go to the Jarbas home screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Installments Plan.
  4. Add the message you’d like to use.

Once saved, your message will be available for manual sending whenever you need to contact a customer.
