Does Jarbas send a notification when another user creates an order?

No. Administrators do not receive notifications when another user creates an order inside the app.

Currently, Jarbas sends only one type of automatic order notification to all administrators:

Online Catalog Sale
Whenever a sale is completed through the online catalog, all admin users receive a notification about the new order.
