If you're
trying to access your Jarbas account and can’t log in, don’t worry, this
usually happens for a few simple reasons. Here are the most common causes and
how to fix each one.
1. Check if your email and password are correct
This is the
most frequent reason for login issues.
Make sure:
Your email is spelled exactly
the same as the one you used when you created your account (no missing
letters, typos, or extra spaces).
Your password is typed
correctly, including uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
The Caps Lock key isn’t
turned on by accident.
You’re not trying to use an old
password by mistake.
Tip: Try typing your password into a notes app first to confirm it’s correct, then
copy and paste it into the login screen.
2. Make sure you didn’t create your account using
a social login
If you
first logged into Jarbas using one of the social login options:
Continue
with Google
Continue
with Facebook
Continue
with Apple
Then you do
not have a traditional password for your account.
In this case:
Logging in with “email +
password” will not work.
You must continue logging in
using the same social login you used the first time.
Example: If you signed up by tapping “Continue with Google”, you must always log
in using “Continue with Google”.
3. Reset your password
If you
checked the two options above and still can’t log in:
Go to the Jarbas login screen.
Tap “I forgot my password”.
You will receive an email with
a link to create a new password.
After resetting your password,
try logging in again.
Note: The
reset email will be sent to the email address linked to your Jarbas account.
