I can’t log in to Jarbas — the screen just keeps loading. How can I fix this?

In some cases, internet connection issues or cached data stored in the browser or app can cause Jarbas to get stuck on the login screen, showing a loading spinner without completing the login.

This usually happens because the system keeps old login data in cache, especially after internet outages or multiple login attempts.

Below are the steps to fix the issue, depending on how you access Jarbas.


If you use Jarbas Web (Google Chrome)

Follow these steps to clear your browser cache:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
  3. Click History.
  4. On the left side, click Clear browsing data.
  5. Select Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear data.
  7. Close the browser and try logging in to Jarbas again.

This removes temporary files that may be preventing the login page from loading properly.


If you use Jarbas on Android

Follow the steps below:

  1. From the Android home screen, open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps (or Applications).
  3. Find Jarbas and tap it.
  4. Tap Storage.
  5. Tap Clear data.
  6. Open Jarbas again and log in.

This clears the app’s stored data and forces a fresh session.

  • Avoid switching networks while logging in;
  • Wait a few seconds after clearing data before reopening the app.
