If a customer agreed to settle their account on the 10th of every month, put that date on their record. Jarbas reminds you on the day.
Done. From then on the screen shows Due Date: (the date) instead of the button.
On the day, you get a notification on your phone:
Customer Due Date Alert Your customer bill (name) is due today
The reminder is scheduled on the device where you set the date. If you use Jarbas on more than one phone, set it on the one you normally carry.
Customers due today appear in the highlights on the Today screen, so you get the list of who to chase without going looking for it.
If the customer has an active Digital Account, the due date shows up for them on their link too — which sometimes settles the matter on its own.
The field holds one due date per customer, not a monthly recurrence. Once the customer pays, set the next date.
For instalments with fixed due dates and automatic chasing, the tool is instalments, not this field.
