Digital Account: let your customer check what they owe from their own phone

With the Digital Account you send a link and the customer sees for themselves what they owe, their purchases, payments and upcoming instalments. No more "how much do I owe again?" over WhatsApp.

Before you start

The Digital Account uses your online catalogue address. If you haven't set the catalogue up yet, no link is generated.

How to turn it on

  1. Open the customer under Customers.
  2. On the Info tab, tap Digital Account.
  3. Tap Activate Digital Account.

Done. Jarbas shows that customer's link.

The same screen gives you three options:

  • Tap the link to copy it.
  • Open to see the page as the customer sees it.
  • Share to send it straight over WhatsApp.

What the customer sees

  • Current balance — whether they owe or have credit, with their limit and due date.
  • Upcoming instalment due dates, flagging anything overdue.
  • Purchase history and instalment list.
  • Your Pix key, copied in one tap, plus a button to message you on WhatsApp.

All in real time: record a payment in Jarbas and the customer sees it updated.

Anyone holding the link can see the account — there's no password. The address is long and unique per customer, but treat it the way you'd treat a receipt: send it straight to the right person.

One customer at a time

Activation is individual. Turn it on for your credit and instalment customers — they're the ones who ask most.

To turn it off

On the same screen, tap Deactivate Digital Account. The link stops working immediately — anyone opening it sees "Customer not found". Turn it back on later and the link is the same as before.
