Sometimes
users notice that a customer they added seems to have disappeared or isn’t
showing up in their customer list. Don’t worry — this is usually something
simple to fix. It’s often caused by active filters, unsynced data,
or an expired login session. Here’s what to do:
1. Check
your filters
From the
home screen, tap Customers, then tap the filter icon (it looks
like a small funnel in the top-right corner).

Make sure the filters you set
include the type of customer you’re looking for.

Or, to be sure, just tap Clear
in the top-right corner to reset all filters and show your entire customer
list.
2. Sync
your data
If your
customers still aren’t showing up, go back to the Customers page. Tap
the three dots in the top-right corner and select Sync Data.
This will
refresh your account and update all your information from the server — in most
cases, this step fixes the issue.
3. Log
out and back in
Still can’t
see your customers? Try logging out and signing back in to your
account. This reloads all your data and usually clears up any temporary display
errors.
If it’s
still not working
Most of the
time, one of these steps solves the problem. But if your customers still
