My category isn’t showing up. What could be happening?

If the customer categories you created are not showing up, or seem to have “disappeared”, this is usually related to filters or data not being fully synced. Follow the steps below to fix the issue:

1. Check your filters

  1. On the home screen, tap Customers.
  2. Then tap Filters (the icon that looks like a funnel/glass in the upper-right corner).
  3. Make sure the filters aren’t hiding the categories you want to see.
  4. If you’re unsure, simply tap Clear (top right) to remove all filters and show all categories again.

2. Sync your data

If your categories still don’t appear:

  1. Go back to the Customers screen.
  2. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Sync Data.

This updates your account information and usually fixes missing data.

3. Log out and log back in

If the issue continues:

  1. Log out of your account.
  2. Log in again using your email/password or your social login (Google, Facebook, Apple).

Refreshing your session can fix temporary loading errors.
