Customers who drift away rarely tell you. This filter builds the list of who has stopped buying, so you can call them back.
How to filter
- Go to Customers.
- Tap the filter icon.
- Under Only customers without purchases in the last, choose 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.
- Tap Apply.
The list shows only those who haven't bought for at least that long, with a No purchases in the last X days chip at the top. To undo it, tap the x on the chip.
While the filter is on, each customer in the list shows their last purchase date — so you can tell who drifted off recently from who left long ago.
Combine it with other filters
The same screen lets you narrow further:
- Category — to talk to one group of customers only.
- Balance — Negative brings up those who disappeared owing you money, which is a very different call from someone who left square.
- Status — Actives so you don't waste time on records you've already switched off.
What to do with the list
A sequence that works:
- 30 days — regulars who paused. A simple message usually brings them back.
- 60 days — worth a special offer or news of something new.
- 90 or 120 days — a cold customer. This is where a real promotion goes, or where you accept they've moved on.
If the customer also has a negative balance, start with the collection: winning the sale back comes after settling the account.
