What are the receipt settings in Jarbas?
In this
article, we will explain the main Jarbas receipt settings and how to use them.
To access these settings:

On the Jarbas home screen, tap Settings.

Then tap My Receipt.
There you
will find several options to customize the receipts that are sent or printed
for your customers.
Store Data:
In this option, you can enter your
store information that you want to appear on the receipt, such as your business
name, address, and phone number.
Add
customer information:
If you enable this option, the customer’s name, address, and phone number will
appear on the receipt.
Show
Jarbas logo:
When
enabled, the Jarbas logo will appear at the bottom of the receipt.
Show
installments in order receipt:
If an order is paid in installments and this option is enabled, the
receipt will display:
•
installment number
• due date
• amount
• installment status
Show
product images on order receipt:
When enabled, the image assigned to the product will appear on the
order receipt.
Show created
at on order receipt:
If enabled, the receipt will display the date when the order was created, at
the bottom of the page.
Show
user on receipt:
When
this option is enabled, the receipt will show which user (or salesperson
registered in Jarbas) created the order.
Show
payments on credit sales:
If enabled, payments made toward outstanding credit will also appear on
the receipt.
Number
items in the order:
When enabled, the items in the order will appear numbered in ascending order,
making the receipt easier to read.
Header
text (optional):
In
this option, you can add a custom message at the beginning of the receipt. Some
examples include:
• Welcome back!
• Weekly promotions. Follow us on social media.
• Open Monday through Saturday.
Footer
text (optional):
Here you can add a custom message at the end of the receipt. Some examples
include:
• Thank you for your purchase.
• Exchanges within 7 days with receipt.
• Follow our store on Instagram.
Font
size:
In this
option, you can increase or decrease the font size that will appear on the
receipt.
PDF page
format:
Here you
can choose the page format used to generate the receipt as a PDF. Available
formats include:
• A3
• A4
• A5
• Letter
• Legal
• 57 mm roll
• 80 mm roll
• 110 mm roll
Printers:
In this option, you can configure a
printer to print directly from Jarbas. The printer must be:
• Thermal
• ESC/POS compatible
Supported
connection types:
• Bluetooth
or network (Android and iOS)
• USB (Web)
