How to Print Receipts with Your Logo

Jarbas allows you to print receipts that include your business logo, giving your documents a more professional and branded look. To enable logo printing, you need to adjust the printer mode inside the app.

Follow the steps below:


1. Go to the receipt settings

From the home screen:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap My Receipt.
  3. Tap Printers.




2. Make sure your printer is already set up

Before continuing, it’s important that your printer is already configured in Jarbas.

Note: If your printer is not set up yet, please configure it first. Logo printing only works with printers that are properly connected and recognized by the app.


3. Select your configured printer

In the list of printers, tap the printer you’ve already added.


4. Change the printer mode

After selecting your printer:

  1. Tap Printer Mode.
  2. Select Image.






Why choose “Image” mode?

Your logo is printed as an image. Some printer modes don’t support images, but Image Mode ensures the receipt is printed exactly as it appears in the app, including your logo.
