My product/service category isn’t showing up. What could be happening?
If the
product or service categories you created aren’t showing up, or seem to have
“disappeared”, it’s usually related to data syncing or a temporary loading
issue.
Follow the steps below to fix it:
1. Sync
your data
On the home screen, tap Products/Services.
In the upper-right corner, tap
the three dots.
Select
Sync Data.
This
refreshes all information in your account and usually makes your categories
reappear.
2. Log out and log back in
If your
categories still don’t show up:
Log out of your account.
Log back in using your email
and password or your social login (Google, Facebook, or Apple).
Refreshing
your session helps reload all data and can fix temporary glitches.
