Sometimes,
when you log into your Jarbas account on a different phone, your inventory
may show different quantities. This usually happens because of filters applied
on one of the devices or because the data hasn’t fully synced.
Follow the
steps below to fix the issue:
1. Check your inventory filters
On the home
screen:

Go
to Products/Services
-
Tap Stock
-
Tap the Filter icon (the
funnel/“goblet” icon in the top-right corner)
-
Make sure the filters aren’t
limiting what you see
-
If needed, tap Clear
(top-right corner) to reset all filters
Filters are
the most common reason for inventory differences between devices.
2. Sync your data
If the
numbers still don’t match:
-
Go
to Products/Services
-
Tap
the Stock tab
-
Tap the three dots
(top-right corner)
-
Select
Sync Data
This forces
the app to refresh your information with the latest data from the server.
3. Log out and log back in
If the issue persists:
-
Log
out of your account
-
Log
back in
This
reloads all your account information on the device.
Important: this can also happen with your Orders
Some users
have also reported that their Orders don’t appear the same way when they
log in on another phone. The solution is exactly the same:
1. Check your order filters
-
Go
to Orders
-
Tap
the Filter icon
-
Adjust the date range or
options as needed
-
Or tap Clear to remove
all filters
2. Sync the Orders list
-
In Orders, tap the three
dots
-
Select
Sync Data
3. Log out and back in
This
refreshes the orders list completely.
