My product or service isn’t showing up. What should I do?

Sometimes, users notice that their products or services “disappear” or simply don’t show up in the list. This is usually related to active filters, data sync issues, or a login session problem. Follow the steps below to fix it.

1. Check your filters

From the home screen, go to Products/Services, tap Stock, and then tap the filter icon (it looks like a funnel in the top-right corner).

  • Make sure the filters you’ve set include the items you want to see.
  • Or simply tap Clear (in the top-right corner) to remove all filters and view the full list.





2. Sync your data

If your products still aren’t showing up, return to the home screen and open Products/Services again. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Sync Data.

This will refresh the app and usually fixes the issue right away.



3. Log out and log back in

If the problem continues, log out of your account and then log back in.

This resets your connection to the server and may restore the missing products or services.



If the issue persists

In most cases, one of these three steps will solve the problem. But if your products or services still don’t appear, please reach out to our support team on WhatsApp. We’ll review your account and help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

💡Tip: Regularly syncing your data helps keep your product and service lists up to date — especially if you use the app on more than one device.
