How to create a reminder for an order

Need to call the customer tomorrow, chase a deposit or remember to set the goods aside? Create a reminder right on the order and Jarbas puts it in your calendar.

How to create one

  1. Open the order.
  2. Tap the order menu and choose Add Reminder.
  3. Fill in:
    • Title — required. E.g. Call to confirm delivery.
    • Description — optional, for the details.
    • Inform the date and Inform the time — Jarbas already suggests the next full hour.
  4. Tap Confirm.

Where the reminder shows up

The reminder becomes an event in your Calendar, named Reminder: (your title) and lasting 30 minutes.

The event stays linked to the order and to the customer, so you can go from the reminder back to the sale.

If you've turned on calendar sync with your phone, the reminder appears there too.

To edit or delete it

Open the event in the Calendar. That's where you change the time or remove the reminder.
