How to change (reset) the order number sequence?

In Jarbas, you can change or reset the order number sequence.

This can be useful in situations such as:

  • When you want to reorganize your store’s order numbering.
  • When you want to start a new order sequence for a new period.

To change or reset the order numbering:

  1. On the Jarbas home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Then tap Orders and Sales.
  3. Go to the option Next order number.
  4. Enter the number you want the next order to use (for example, 1 to restart the sequence).
  5. Confirm by tapping the check button next to the number.

After that, the next order created will use the number you defined, and the sequence will continue from there.
