How to cancel the installment configuration of an order

If you set up an installment plan for an order and need to undo it — whether to change the payment method or correct an entry — you can cancel it directly from the order.

Step by step

1. Open the order
On the Orders screen, find and tap the order whose installment plan you want to cancel.

2. Go to the Installment screen
Inside the order, tap the three dots in the bottom left corner, then tap on the Credit / Installment option. This section shows all the installments set up for the order.

3. Cancel the installment plan
On the Installment screen, tap the three dots in the lower left corner, then tap Cancel Installment and confirm.

The installment plan will be canceled and the payments linked to the order will be removed.

What happens after you cancel?

  1. The installments created for this order are deleted.
  2. The order goes back to the state it was in before the installment plan was set up.
  3. You can change it to a different installment plan or payment method if needed.
