Keeping
track of your cash register is essential for small business owners. It helps
you monitor the money that comes in and goes out, reduces mistakes, and gives
you peace of mind when closing the day. With Jarbas’ Cash Register
feature, you can manage your daily sales flow easily and clearly.
Opening the Cash Register
On the home screen, tap Cash Register and enter your starting amount.
In this
example, we’re opening the register with R$100.00 in cash.
Then tap Save.
Done! Your
register is now open.
Now you can
go ahead with your regular sales.
When it’s time to close the register, you’ll see a full summary of all cash

Closing the Cash Register
At the end
of your shift or day, just tap Close Register.
You’ll get a clear breakdown of everything that came in and went out.
If you notice that some sales or payments didn’t show up in the cash register, it may be because the register wasn’t open at the time. To prevent this, Jarbas offers the Require open cash register setting.
When this option is enabled, whenever you try to record a financial transaction (such as orders or payments) and the cash register is not open, the system will prompt you to open it before continuing. This helps ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in the cash register.
From the home screen, go to Settings
Tap Payment Options
Turn on Require open cash register
