My orders aren’t showing up. What can I do?

Sometimes, users notice that their orders seem to “disappear” or simply don’t show up on the list. Don’t worry — this usually happens because of a quick setting or sync issue.
Try the steps below to get everything back to normal.

1. Check your filters

From the home screen, open Orders and tap the filter icon (it looks like a funnel in the top-right corner). Make sure the date range you’ve selected includes the period of the orders you’re trying to see.



2. Sync your data

If your orders still aren’t showing, go back to Orders, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and select Sync Data. This forces the app to refresh your information and usually brings your orders back right away.



3. Log out and sign back in

If syncing doesn’t help, log out of your account and then log back in. This resets your session and reestablishes the connection with our servers, which can restore any missing orders.
