If your
Online Catalog is not loading, it is usually caused by one of these three
situations. Let’s go through them and how to fix each one.
1. Your Online Catalog may be turned off
For your
catalog to be available online, the option to publish it must be enabled in
Jarbas.
If this option is turned off, the catalog will not load when someone visits
the link.
To enable it:
On the Jarbas home screen, tap Online
Catalog.
Turn on the option Activate online
catalog.
Once this
option is enabled, your catalog will be available online.
2. The link you are accessing may be incorrect
Sometimes
the problem is simply that the URL being accessed does not match the one
created in Jarbas.
For example:
Link created in Jarbas: meuguardaroupafit.jarbas.net
Link being accessed: meuguardaroupafitness.jarbas.net
Since the
addresses are different, the catalog will not load. Make sure the link you are
using is exactly the same as the one generated in Jarbas, including every
letter.
3. Custom domain DNS settings may be incorrect
If you are
using a custom domain, the DNS settings may be incorrect or still
updating.
To resolve this:
Check the DNS configuration
with your domain provider.
Make sure it matches the
instructions sent by the Jarbas team when the custom domain was set up.
If you recently made changes,
wait a few hours. DNS updates may take some time to propagate across the
internet.
