I’ve set up Jarbas to receive orders via WhatsApp. What’s next?
When you use the Jarbas online catalog, you can choose how you’d like to receive customer orders: either directly in the Jarbas app or through WhatsApp first.
How to set it up:
To choose how you want to receive your orders, follow
this path:
Configurations > Orders and Online Catalog > Orders > Checkout with
From here, you can select the option that best fits your workflow.
If you choose to receive orders via WhatsApp
first:
In addition to the automated message that your
customer will send through WhatsApp (keep in mind that the customer might
forget or not send the message for some reason, so it’s a good idea to stay on
top of things), the orders will also show up in the Jarbas app.
To view these orders in Jarbas:
1. Go to the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click the three dots and select Orders from WhatsApp.
Approving Orders:
Before the orders become official in your store, you’ll need to approve them in Jarbas. This step ensures that everything is organized and gives you full control over incoming orders.
And that’s it! You’re now receiving orders
through your online catalog via WhatsApp, and you can manage everything
directly in Jarbas.
