How to Set Up Your Online Catalog

Your online catalog acts like a website for your products, making it easy for customers to browse and place orders. Remember, you'll need to handle shipping or pickup arrangements with your customers directly.

Getting started is simple:

  • Launch: From the main menu, select Online Catalog and hit Publish Online Catalog to get your offerings online. The system proposes a URL based on your provided name, but feel free to make it your own.




Customizing Your Catalog:

  • Store Data: Fill in your business's contact details to appear in the catalog.
  • Display Options: Tailor the catalog’s look by choosing a primary color and how to show out-of-stock items.





Order Management:

Decide if the catalog will accept orders and how they will be finalized:

  • WhatsApp: Receive an order message via WhatsApp. Configure your WhatsApp number in the Social Networks section.
  • New order in Jarbas: A new order will be created in the app, and you will be notified with all the sale details.





Delivery and Pickup Options:

  • For delivery services, head to Shipping and detail your delivery zones and methods.
  • For in-store pickups, select Takeaway and activate it.








Payment Methods:

Choose your accepted payment methods under Payment Methods. Activate what you need and add specifics. Cash transactions can include an option for change.

Business Hours:

Manage order times with the Opening Hours feature and adjust by clicking Edit.








Boosting Your Presence:

  • Increase visibility by linking your social networks under Social Networks & Others.
  • Use the Identification feature (Optional) to share key details in your catalog and when sending the link via WhatsApp.

And that's it! Your catalog is now ready to impress and attract customers.
