Has a customer asked to postpone, or to pay a different amount? You can change the instalment, and Jarbas keeps a record of what changed.
The edit button only appears on instalments that are not yet paid.
If a customer postponed one instalment, the rest usually move with it. Turn on Update other installments and choose the Interval between installments (one month, weekly or fortnightly).
Jarbas reschedules every later instalment from the new date, keeping the interval you chose.
The order total doesn't change — the split does. Change one instalment's amount and Jarbas redistributes what's left across the following ones:

That's why it's worth always writing the observation: months later, it's what answers why that instalment differs from the rest — and who approved it.
