How to filter instalment customers: who paid, who didn't, biggest debt

The Customers tab of the Instalments Plan lists everyone who owes you instalments. The filter turns that list into your collection queue for the day.

Where it is

Instalments Plan › Customers tab, then tap the filter icon.

When a filter is active, a dot appears on the icon — that's how you know the list isn't showing everyone.

The three main options

Customers that not paid on current month — your collection list. People with instalments who haven't shown up this month.

Customers that paid on current month — the other side: who's up to date. Useful for checking what came in, and for knowing who not to chase.

Customers without open installments — those who've paid everything off. Good for prospecting: solid history and credit free for a new sale.

The three are mutually exclusive: switch one on and Jarbas switches the other off. It makes sense — they're contradictory questions.

Show last payment of customer

Shows each customer's last payment date in the list. That's what separates someone a week late from someone who vanished three months ago.

When you pick paid or not paid this month, Jarbas turns this on for you, because it's the information that makes the filter useful.

Order by

  • A - Z and Z - A — for finding a name.
  • Higher Debt — starts with whoever owes most. Where to begin collections when time is short.
  • Lower Debt — the small amounts, usually the easiest to close.

Period and user

Inform the period limits the analysis to a date range.

The User filter only appears for admins, and shows one salesperson's customers.

Applying and clearing

Tap Apply to refresh the list. To see everyone again, open the filters and tap Clear at the top.

A routine that works

Start the day with not paid on current month plus Higher Debt ordering, with the last payment visible. You chase in the order that recovers the most money, knowing how long each person has been gone.
