If you take payment through something that isn't on Jarbas's list — a meal voucher, a cheque, a specific app — you can register it and use it on your orders.
Configurations › Payment Options › Payment Methods
Tap Add new payment type. Only admin users have access.
Name — how you want to see it when taking payment. E.g. Meal voucher, Cheque, Bank slip.
Description — optional, useful to tell similar methods apart.
Active — leave it on so the method shows up at payment time.
Tap Save.
On the payment screen, first select Other, then pick the method you created.
Custom methods are grouped under Other — that's how Jarbas keeps the main list short.
Cash, Pix, Transfer, Credit, Debit and Payment Link are fixed: they can't be renamed, disabled or deleted. If you tap one, the app warns "This is a default payment type and cannot be edited."
If you just want to stop using it, disabling is the safer choice.
