How to add a discount coupon to the online catalog

Discount coupons let you hook your customers up with special deals when they order through your online catalog. You can make coupons for a set amount off, a percentage off, or free shipping.
How to get the coupons
  1. Go to the Settings menu, then jump into Online Catalog.
  2. Pick Discount Coupons

How to make a new coupon

On the Discount Coupons screen, tap the + button in the top right corner and fill in the info:

Coupon code
Type in an alphanumeric code (like PROMO10) or tap Generate to make one automatically. The code is what the customer will enter in the catalog to get the discount.

Discount type
Choose from three options:

Fixed amount — a discount of a specific value (e.g., R$ 20 off)
Percentage — a discount by percentage (e.g., 10% off)
Free shipping — waives the shipping cost for the order

Discount amount
Enter the discount amount or percentage, depending on the type you chose.

Minimum order (optional)
Set a minimum purchase amount for the coupon to be valid.

Usage limit (optional)
Tell us how many times the coupon can be used in total. Leave it blank for unlimited use.

Expiration date (optional)
Tap the calendar icon to set how long the coupon can be used.

Active
Keep the key turned on so the coupon is available right away.

After filling it out, just tap Save.

Managing existing coupons

In the coupons list, you can:
  1. Turn a coupon on or off right from the list, no need to open the edit screen
  2. Share the code by tapping the share icon (the code gets copied to your clipboard)
  3. Edit a coupon just by tapping it in the list
  4. Delete a coupon by opening the edit screen and tapping the trash icon — coupons that have already been used can’t be deleted

Important

  1. The coupon code can’t be changed once it’s created. If you need to fix a code, just delete it and make a new one.
  2. Coupons that have already been used can’t be deleted, but you can disable them to stop them from being used again.
