How to Access a Customer's Order History

Navigate to the Customers menu on the home screen.

Choose the customer you wish to review from the list or use the search feature to find them quickly. Click on the customer’s name.

In the customer's profile, click on the Orders tab located next to the Info section.

You are now viewing all the orders placed by this customer. You have the option to cancel any order and examine further details about each one.
