Besides the period, Statistics has three filters that change the numbers quite a bit. Worth understanding each one before comparing results.
In Statistics, tap the period bar at the top of the screen. The Filter screen opens.
The filter applies to everything: billing, profit, average ticket and all the rankings.
Pick a shortcut (day, week, month, year) or enter the dates by hand under Inform the period.
If you fill in only one of the two dates, Jarbas warns "Enter a valid period."
Filters one salesperson's sales. Useful for tracking individual performance and checking commission.
This filter only appears for admins — a regular salesperson can't filter by someone else's numbers.
Pick one or more statuses. That lets you look at, say, only what's been delivered, or only what's confirmed but hasn't gone out yet.
Leave it blank and it reads All Statuses.
This is the one that changes the result most, so it's worth knowing exactly what it does.
Unticked (the default) — every order counts, except:
Ticked — only finished orders count. Anything still in progress is left out.
In practice: unticked shows the business in motion, including what's confirmed but not yet completed. Ticked shows only what actually closed.
If your billing looks bigger than the money that came in, tick this and compare.
Tap Apply to refresh the screen. The filter is saved and still applies when you come back.
To reset everything, tap Clear at the top.
If you compare two periods, check the filters match on both. Comparing one month with Only Finished Orders ticked against another without it produces a difference that doesn't exist in your shop — only in the filter.
