How to enable store pickup in your catalogue

How to enable store pickup in your catalogue

With pickup enabled, customers can collect their order instead of paying for delivery. Less shipping for them, fewer trips for you.

How to turn it on

  1. Go to Configurations › Online Catalog › Orders › Pickup.
  2. Turn on Pickup.
  3. Check the address shown.
  4. Fill in the Time for pickup.
  5. Tap Save.

The address

The screen shows your shop's registered address. That's the address the customer gets when they choose pickup — as the screen itself says: "Your address will be informed when placing the order."

If it says No address, tap Update Address to fill in your shop details before enabling it. With no address, a customer picks collection and has nowhere to go.

Check it's complete too — house number, and a landmark where that helps.

The pickup time

This is how long the customer should wait before coming to collect. It's free text, so write whatever suits your business:

  • 30 minutes
  • 2 hours
  • Ready within 1 working day

This is the field that stops someone turning up at your door five minutes after ordering.

What changes for the customer

At checkout, Pickup appears alongside the delivery options. Choose it and they pay no shipping, and get the shop address along with their order summary.

Pickup and delivery together

The two coexist. Keep your delivery methods active and offer pickup as one more choice — nearby customers collect, distant ones pay for shipping.
