The Stock screen has a filter that answers three different questions: how much you have, what's about to expire, and what has the cost priced wrong.

Where it is

Open Stock and tap the filter icon. On the Filters screen, the first item is Filter mode.

Pick one mode at a time

The filter mode has three options and you use one at a time. You can't search for "out of stock" and "expired" in the same query — they're different questions.

Stock

Filters by quantity. Tick what you want to see:

• Out of stock — zero or negative balance.
• Bellow the minimum — there's still some, but it has hit the minimum stock you set.
• Above the minimum — healthy stock.
• No stock control — products you chose not to track.

Expiration

Only meaningful for products with lot control:

• Expired — there's a lot with a balance whose date has already passed.
• Expiring — there's a lot entering the warning window you configured.

Cost Price

The mode that saves the most money:

• Wrong cost price — the cost is equal to or above the sale price. These are products you're selling at no profit.
• No cost price — products with no cost recorded, which don't count towards your profit figures.

The filters that apply in every mode

Category — narrows to one category, or choose No category to find products without one.

Variations — filters by variation name (S, M, L, a colour). Once you pick variations, the Only variations with stock switch appears.

Order by (on the phone) — Smaller stock, Bigger stock, A-Z or Z-A. Starting from Smaller stock is the quick way to build your purchase list.

Applying and clearing

Tap Apply to see the result. The filter stays on until you change it.

To go back to normal, open Filters and tap Clear at the top.

Shortcut

If you just want a quick look, you don't need to build a filter: the Alerts panel at the top of Stock already lists the problems and applies the right filter in one tap.
